The Day-Date is Rolx's flagship dress watch and the only model that spells out the full day of the week on the dial. This 40 mm version is cased in 18 ct white gold and has a fluted bezel that catches the light around a slate sunray dial. The day is shown in full at 12 o'clock, and the date sits under a magnifying cyclops lens at 3 o'clock. Slim, applied baton hour markers and matching hands keep the dial clean and easy to read.
The watch is powered by a self-winding Rolx movement (Calibre 3255) with a power reserve of about 70 hours. It is certified as a Superlative Chronometer and water resistant to 100 metres (330 feet). The President bracelet, with its semi-circular three-piece links and concealed Crownclasp, is finished in the same white gold.
