The Day-Date is Rolx's flagship dress watch, and it is the only model that spells out the full day of the week on the dial. This 36 mm version is made entirely in 18 ct Everose gold, Rolx's own rose gold alloy, which gives a warm pink tone that suits most skin tones. A fluted bezel frames a bright white dial with Roman numerals at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 o'clock and slim baton markers at the other hours. The day appears in full at 12 o'clock, and the date sits under a magnifying Cyclops lens at 3 o'clock.
The watch is powered by a self-winding Rolx movement (Calibre 3255) with about 70 hours of power reserve. It is certified as a Superlative Chronometer and water resistant to 100 metres (330 feet). The President bracelet, with semi-circular three-piece links and a concealed Crownclasp, is made of the same Everose gold. The 36 mm size works well on both men's and women's wrists.
